What do you like best about Synkwise?

The developers are constantly looking for feedback in order to make ongoing updates and improvements. They are very easy to get a hold of, and their enthusiasm for helping small facilities like mine is really palpable. There are a lot of features that we really haven't exploited yet but the document management system was such an asset during our last state inspection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Synkwise?

For now the model documents are really set up for just a few states in the Pacific Northwest, but this will increase over time as Synkwise spreads to more areas of the country. The system gives you the flexibility to customize everything and create your own forms, so this is really not a major inconvenience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Synkwise solving and how is that benefiting you?

Keeping track of the multitude of resident, employee, and State documents in order to remian in compliance. The task manager also helps to ensure consistent care across all shifts and employees.
