What do you like best about SynkPay?

For the same amount of money, you get a longer runway with an engineering team in India compared to Australia. However, setting up an entity in India just to employ a small number of engineers is expensive and feels like overkill. SynkPay became the legal employer, so I was able to bring on engineers on proper contracts, with everyone paid correctly. Onboarding was pretty quick and since then, they manage. PF, TDS, and professional tax and I manage the team day to day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SynkPay?

What problems is SynkPay solving and how is that benefiting you?

I needed a solid product team in place to have anything credible to show investors, but I couldn’t hire locally at salaries I simply couldn’t afford. At the same time, I didn’t want to set up an India entity and burn months (and cash) on lawyers and registrations before a single person could even start—contracts always feel risky, too. SynkPay let me skip both paths. They legally employ the team in India, handle payroll and the statutory side, and I get to focus on actually building the product instead of turning into an admin function. As a founder counting months of runway, turning “hire a team in India” from a quarter-long project into a five-day one can be the difference between shipping and stalling.
