I find it easier to create schedules and record people's availability with Synerion Agile, and I really like that I can automate all approvals to a certain extent. I no longer need to send schedules on WhatsApp because everyone can see their schedules in the mobile app. If someone stays a bit longer, I can automate approvals for those extra minutes, which I'm doing for 15 minutes. Also, I appreciate not having to manually create payroll reports anymore since they are now automatically generated by Synerion Agile. I would like to see stronger AI versions, I notice that sometimes AI reporting is wrong and I don't use much of it. Like, I like to see transferred to Payroll hours but sometimes it displays all the hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
