What do you like best about Syndigo?

What I like most about Syndigo is that it gives us a consistent way to collect and display customer reviews across multiple websites and markets. The platform helps us use genuine customer feedback to support purchasing decisions, and the Syndigo team have been responsive and helpful whenever we’ve needed support or wanted to explore performance in more detail. What do you dislike about Syndigo?

One area that could be improved is the reporting and analytics available around the impact of reviews. We would value greater visibility into how reviews influence conversion and clearer reporting across individual websites and markets. What problems is Syndigo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Syndigo helps us collect and display genuine customer reviews across our websites, giving customers additional confidence when making purchasing decisions. For a spare parts business, where customers often need reassurance that they are choosing the right product, reviews provide valuable feedback from other customers.
