What do you like best about Synder?
Synder completely automated our rev rec between stripe sales and our ERP. It's eliminated hours of work each month that we use to spend on month-end close for this revenue stream. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Synder?
The Synder UI/dashboard is a bit bloated and can be complicated at times, but they continue to refine it. Support included with lower tier subscriptions is relegated to only email communication. We upgraded to the top subscription tier in order to get face-to-face calls with our CSM, and the support has been great since then. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
