What do you like best about Syncrofy?

I like the way that it ties together various EDI documents. I find that the interface is rather simple to navigate. I find that the reports it provides are fairly intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Syncrofy?

I think we have experienced lack of support for less common EDI docs and I wish it was a bit easier to integrate non-EDI documents in as well. I would like to see the reports have more options available in terms of parameters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Syncrofy:

I would recommend a thorough evalution and demonstrations when considering and reviewing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Syncrofy solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a company, we have been able to use Syncrofy to more accurately track vendor compliance and are looking to expand to allow direct vendor access in the near future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
