What do you like best about Syncore?

What I like best about Syncore is that it gives us one central place to manage a lot of the day-to-day activity in the business. From tracking opportunities and customer activity to managing orders and staying on top of follow-ups, it helps keep everyone aligned and reduces the amount of information living in separate emails, spreadsheets, or individual notes.

I also like the visibility it gives us across the organization. It makes it easier to see where things stand, understand what is coming down the pipeline, and make sure nothing gets missed. For our team, that means better communication, more accountability, and a smoother handoff between sales, customer service, operations, and management.

Overall, Syncore helps create more structure around the way we work. It is not just about having a CRM — it gives us a better way to organize information, support our customers, and make more informed decisions as the business continues to grow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Syncore?

What I dislike most about Syncore is the continued reliance on the older Programs V1 environment. It feels dated compared to the rest of the platform and can make certain program-management tasks more cumbersome than they need to be.

For businesses managing larger and more complex client programs, having to work within an older interface and workflow creates extra steps and limits some of the flexibility we would like to have. It can also make training newer team members more difficult because the experience is not as intuitive or modern as other parts of Syncore.

Moving more of the functionality from Programs V1 into a newer, more streamlined platform would make a significant difference. It would improve usability, reduce friction for the team, and better support the complexity and scale of the programs we manage today. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Syncore solving and how is that benefiting you?

Syncore solves a few important problems for us, mainly around visibility, organization, and consistency across the business.

It gives our team a central place to manage customer information, opportunities, orders, and program activity rather than having information spread across emails, spreadsheets, and individual systems. That helps reduce missed details, improves communication between departments, and makes handoffs between sales, customer service, operations, and management much smoother.

From a leadership perspective, it also gives us better visibility into the business. We can see what is in the pipeline, where orders stand, what activity is happening with key accounts, and where attention may be required. That makes it easier to manage accountability and make decisions based on actual information rather than relying on updates from multiple people.

The biggest benefit is scalability. As we continue to grow and manage larger, more complex client programs, Syncore gives us the structure and processes needed to keep the business organized without everything becoming dependent on individual employees or manual tracking.
