What do you dislike about Syncly?

It takes some practice to get to grips with building reliable and consistent dashboards and reports. Working with the team closely and regularly using the dashboard is the best way to build the muscle memory required to get things firing on all cylinders Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Syncly solving and how is that benefiting you?

Syncly is quickly and reliably filtering through a MASSIVE amount of support tickets and is effectively the primary fuel for our Voice of Customer platform. Informing cross functional teams of trends and patterns with an unbiased third party tool has proven very valuable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
