It is a great product for my team to store, organize, and view provider data. It is user friendly and there have been a numbef of QOL updates over the years that have made the product even better. There are some features such as pulling reports and quieries that could use work; the process is long and complicated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It can be slow at times and customer service hasn't always been great. When I have called in the past I have spoken to rude employees or it seemed as though I was bothering them.
