What do you like best about Sympa?

I think Sympa has a user-friendly system with robust functionalities that centralizes key HR processes, which is really good for reducing manual work. The analytical part and the reports are easy to use and customizable, which is great for managers' needs. I also like how I can customize both features within the system without requiring any coding tools. The integration part, especially building APIs, it's easy to use following wizards or ready made templates. Sympa continuously evolves with regular improvements and frequent releases, providing what we need. I love the excellent response and quick follow-ups from the support team, ensuring customer satisfaction. The system enhances efficiency and transparency, and I recommend it. What do you dislike about Sympa?

I feel the mass update feature could be improved. It would be great if it were available for every client without needing to contact support. Having it as a standard feature in the system would be fantastic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
