What do you like best about Symba?

-Incredibly responsive and innovative product team, and phenomenal customer support.

-The platform acts as a one-stop-shop for incoming early career hires/students

-Works particularly well for companies who hire interns but do not grant them full access to internal systems (company email, shared folders, etc), as Symba allows for file sharing and project work within the tool Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Symba?

Symba does not have a mobile app

The Project Management section of Symba is very high level, and limits the building of detailed project plans for interns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Symba solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our internship programs are not a one size fits all, so we needed a tool that would allow us to group incoming interns according to office location, business department, etc. We then needed to communicate differently to each of those groups. Symba's journey and resource hubs provided the framework for these groups, and their group-specific communications/resources. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
