What do you like best about Sydecar's Special Purpose Vehicle Administration?

I’ve used Sydecar’s Special Purpose Vehicle Administration several times, and it’s been great each time. It’s easy and straightforward, and the site is simple to use. Getting started, opening a bank account and starting to pool funds, and getting a tax ID and compliance done are all relatively quick, which matters for getting funds into a deal on time. The processes for bringing money together and handling accounts, licenses, permits, and tax IDs went smoothly. Customer service has been helpful and quick, and I was able to resolve setup questions quickly. What do you dislike about Sydecar's Special Purpose Vehicle Administration?

I wish there were a bit more customization. Some of the questions or information I need to fill out when creating an SPV might not be obvious to everybody, so I had to go back and forth with customer service. The site could use more explanations. I would also appreciate if the vehicles could be opened again in case there are unforeseen expenses or fees that often happen in VC or private equity deals.
