What do you like best about SWIPEBY?

We love the follow-up we consistently receive, along with the genuine personal connection we get to have with real people. Derek, Dylan, and Alejandra are truly exceptional—always responsive, knowledgeable, and invested in our success. Since partnering with SWIPEBY, we've seen an outstanding increase in reviews, and we’ve also experienced tremendous value for what we’ve spent. The visibility of these reviews has positively reflected on our staff as well, boosting morale and reinforcing the great work they do every day. What do you dislike about SWIPEBY?

If I had to choose one thing I dislike, it's that I can't use it even more or see the results happen faster! Also I would like the potential use of an app rather than browser experience. Of course, I know building lasting results takes time, and that's exactly what makes the process worthwhile. I've already seen enough to know it's working, and I'm genuinely excited to watch our growth continue over the coming months. I can't wait to see where we are a year from now. What problems is SWIPEBY solving and how is that benefiting you?

SWIPEBY has been a tremendous tool for our team. The performance of the software is quick and efficient in response time which takes a big responsibility off of our hands and the platform is easy to use on a desktop. It has helped our staff stay consistent with guest follow-up while also giving us valuable insight into the experiences our guests are having. One of the things we appreciate most is seeing the overwhelming amount of positive feedback, which helps us recognize what's working well and continue focusing on those strengths. While negative reviews are inevitable, they've actually become an opportunity for growth. SWIPEBY gives guests an easy, comfortable way to share honest feedback without feeling pressured, allowing us to address concerns and improve the overall guest experience. As an added bonus, the increase in reviews has also helped strengthen our online presence and improve our search engine visibility, making it a win from every angle.
