I like Swipe's e-way bill and e-invoice creation system and the GSTR 1 filing feature. Normally, creating e-way and e-invoices from a portal takes a lot of time, but with Swipe, it's done in a minute. I also appreciate that GSTR 1 can be filed directly from the data in Swipe, removing the need for manual work. Additionally, the simple user interface and the helpful support team made the initial setup a lot easier. I also use the Shopify integration, which is a nice touch.
