Glitches that sometimes occur ruin the experience for the delivery driver, the restaurant owner, and the customer — all three suffer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Swiggy Owner solving and how is that benefiting you?

The Swiggy Owner app addresses a real problem for restaurant owners. Previously they sold food in only two ways—dine-in and takeaway—but now delivery partners can bring orders right to customers' doorsteps, and this app helps bridge that gap. Benefits I get is my favourite food from my favourite restaurant is getting delivered to my location in one click. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
