What do you like best about SwervePay Health?

The ease of use for both the customer and the business. There is no account set up required for the customer and there is no app to download, this is the key to our success, as soon as we send the link they think they have to sign up but once we tell them they do not payment is made very quickly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SwervePay Health?

That the customer cannot change the amount they want to pay, sometimes we send a link for 200 for example but the patient wants to pay 50 on one card and 150 on another, in order to do this they have to request 2 links. Also, there should be a better way to keep track of expired links, possibly we get notified and prompted to resent the expired link. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering SwervePay Health:

It is a must have! If you use a texting solution for patient communication you need swerve as your primary source of payment collection. We can avoid larger crowds inside our office because patients know that they can pay from their car or send their teens alone and pay from home. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SwervePay Health solving and how is that benefiting you?

Collecting payments in a touch free, COVID world, our patients' parents can remain outside in their car (virtual waiting room) and we can collect the payment easily and without them having to sign up for an account or download an app. We do not have to take a credit card over the phone which costs us more in processing fees and we can send the link to multiple parties in the case of divorced families etc Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
