What do you like best about SweetProcess?

What's not to like about Sweetprocess? I love the accountability that this holds me to, and equally my coworkers! You don't have to figure out who's court the ball is in, the software does it for you. Where a project is, and who has it, and who needs it. Takes the need to constantly send friendly, "Hi, just a friendly reminder to......" emails! Sweetprocess will send out emails (reminders") to whoever is holding the project up. If you need to remember the steps of a project or operational process, it is right there! Love it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SweetProcess?

It would be awesome if it was integrated with more CRM's possibly. As a stand-alone software, I can't complain or really commit to dislikes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering SweetProcess:

What problems is SweetProcess solving and how is that benefiting you?

Don't need to hunt people down, easy process, quick finds, repeatable for on boarding, projects, has been a huge time saver, holds myself accountable for work I have needed to complete, user friendly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
