What do you like best about Sweed?

We like how it is vertically integrated - so we have the marketing and rewards features directly built into the POS. The pricing is solid - very competitive with other options for everything that you get. Support and onboarding are also strong pluses, there is a lot of handholding which is helpful for getting started. Integrations are fairly clean - the IDScan and QBO integrations are nice. What do you dislike about Sweed?

The UI/UX involves a lot of clicks to get things done. Having the US/State/Store level and having different permissions at each level is confusing. I think it would be easier to have everything be able to be created at the store level, and then push up to higher levels if needed. So if we have future stores, being able to move stuff up to that level would be helpful vs having some things only at the state level and then moved downwards. It also isn't super intuitive to control hardware and how thinks link up. There is too much functionality -- it is too much to learn. I think a simpler product with less functionality would actually be easier than the way everything is customizable right now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Sweed:

Consider simplifying the user interface to reduce the number of clicks required for common tasks. Streamline the permission levels to make it more intuitive for users. Enhance the hardware control interface for better usability. Evaluate the necessity of all current functionalities and consider offering a more streamlined version for users who prefer simplicity.
