What do you like best about SWAY?

I like the template layouts. If I was told to go make a newsletter to send to coworkers by this afternoon, I could go to the newsletter template, plug in the specific content, and have a professional looking newsletter done. This format also allows you to explore more advanced features and getting comfortable enough to be able to insert multi media presentations and other advanced features. What do you dislike about SWAY?

What problems is SWAY solving and how is that benefiting you?
