We're a small business with a lean Technology team and having such a feature-rich, easy to use tool with frequent enhancements at no cost that allows us to keep a pulse on how we're doing, where we need to improve, and easily report key metrics to our executive team is tremendous. We've especially loved the new Explore Data feature to build an easy custom view we can refer back to and export for additional customization. Being able to merge the Jira and GitHub data so easily saves multiple hours per month with executive reporting.
