Building webhooks into an API is one of those tasks that seems easy—until you're in the middle of actually doing it. After evaluating several options, we decided to go with Svix due to its robust feature set and developer-friendly approach. The integration with Svix went very smoothly, requiring minimal changes to both the backend and frontend. The data model is well-designed, and the user-facing webhook management view provided by Svix integrates seamlessly with the rest of our app. The UX for managing webhooks has also been great—we’ve received almost no support requests from customers.
