The team was terrific with our IT team and our integrator. We were fortunate that the consultant included SV3 in their project. I had not heard of them. Their project manager collaborated with our project leader to get this over the finish line in time and on budget. Product works well and they had many features that I would not have thought of. When we integrated the product into our access control system, our legacy system posed some challenges and we could not use all the features available.
