I really like Suzy's configurable ticket template builder. It allows me to create separate ticket forms for internal engineering requests and enterprise-client cloud-deployment work. I set up a dedicated template for our client cloud-security upgrade, which pre-fills priority levels, compliance check boxes, and deployment milestone fields. Being in a lean team without secondary IT staff, I can efficiently set up and adjust these templates on my own. This feature removes repetitive manual setup each time we get a new request and it standardizes our ticket data. It keeps our small team aligned and helps us meet tight delivery timelines for enterprise clients. These custom templates bring consistency to our IT operations by automatically integrating fields like compliance checkboxes and risk classification fields, which prevents incomplete ticket entries and reduces rework. Suzy falls short on native reporting and cloud-tool integration, which creates real pain for our compliance-focused IT work. I cannot filter ticket data by enterprise client or risk level inside Suzy, so I must export raw CSV files and manually sort records in spreadsheets for audit preparation. It also lacks built-in links to our cloud monitoring platform. Since we are lean with no secondary IT staff, we cannot build custom connectors. On top of that, bulk-importing legacy ticket data has rigid formatting rules; I reworked files multiple times, eating into my schedule while we were handling multiple concurrent client cloud-deployment projects. I wish they offered filtered reporting and pre-built cloud-monitoring connectors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
