What do you like best about Suzy?

The absolute game-changer for our IT operations team has been how seamlessly Suzy integrates into our existing ecosystem without forcing users to context-switch. We didn't want another standalone portal; we wanted feedback where our engineers actually work. The API is exceptionally clean, allowing us to push targeted micro-surveys directly into specific Slack channels right after a cloud migration or software deployment. Furthermore, the built-in GDPR and BSI IT-Grundschutz compliance architecture completely eliminated our biggest administrative bottleneck. With our previous vendor, every new research initiative triggered weeks of legal DPA negotiations and vendor risk assessments. Because Suzy handles PII anonymization natively, my team can spin up user validation campaigns in minutes rather than months. What do you dislike about Suzy?

My main friction points revolve around deep technical customization and audit-level data exports. While the standard integrations are great, passing complex infrastructure telemetry (like specific server uptime metrics or regional tags) into a survey payload sometimes requires building custom middleware. A visual payload mapper for enterprise ITSM tools would save our devs significant overhead. Additionally, when internal auditors request detailed logs on how respondent anonymity was maintained during a specific cycle, exporting that exact metadata requires manual workarounds. What problems is Suzy solving and how is that benefiting you?

Suzy solved the massive lag between identifying a product need and gathering validated user feedback. Previously, the bureaucratic friction of launching a compliant research campaign meant we often gathered insights too late in the development cycle. Now, we gather rapid, high-quality telemetry from real stakeholders exactly when we need it. This agility allows our IT ops team to validate technical requirements early, pivot quickly based on real data, and spend less time managing vendor compliance paperwork.
