It allows very granular control over large sets of Linux based servers. It makes everything installing, maintaining them, upgrading, and ultimately removing from service very easy and straight forward Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I dislike most about SUSE Multi-Linux Support is that the overall experience can sometimes feel more complex than it needs to be, particularly in a heterogeneous enterprise environment. While centralized support across multiple Linux distributions is valuable, troubleshooting issues that cross distribution, application, virtualization, and cloud boundaries can make it difficult to determine ownership quickly. Documentation and support guidance can also vary in depth depending on the distribution and specific technology involved. From an IT management and infrastructure perspective, I would like to see more consistent documentation, faster escalation for complex production issues, and clearer guidance when a problem involves components outside of SUSE's direct control.
