"Anonymous Surveys Drive Better Insights, Though Support Lags"
4/5
What do you like best about Survio?

I like that Survio collects anonymous responses and handles the anonymity settings transparently, so employees can trust that their answers can’t be traced back to them. Our engagement survey response rate went from 40% to 75% once we communicated that properly. I also enjoy the one-click result sharing: I can generate a public link to the results dashboard and add it to our all-hands slide deck without exporting to PowerPoint or manually building charts. The data looks presentable straight from the tool. Setup was very easy: I created our company account during my lunch break and sent the first survey that afternoon, with no IT involvement beyond adding our domain to the sender list. The tool is intuitive enough that the other two team members could build their own surveys right away after a 120-minute screen share. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Survio?

I find the support options for respondents limited. When employees had trouble accessing a survey on warehouse scanners, the only option was to email support and wait. Live chat for respondents, or at least a dedicated help option inside the survey, would help reduce the “I cannot open it” tickets I have to fill out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
