What do you like best about Survicate?

As a new member of the team, I was able to quickly learn and start using Survicate thanks to its intuitive UX and user friendly features. I can also easily reach out through the chat or the Customer Solutions Center, and I’ve always found the support to be quick and helpful. I believe the value is well worth the cost. Survicate has significantly reduced the manual work involved in survey analysis, while making it easier for us to create branded surveys and track our NPS. What do you dislike about Survicate?

What problems is Survicate solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using Survicate, we had limited options for creating branded surveys, and analyzing the data we collected was a very manual process. Survicate has made both of these areas much easier. We can now build surveys that better reflect our brand, and we can use the platform’s AI-powered analysis to quickly surface insights while also tracking our NPS over time with much less effort.
