The Salesforce integration is seamless and significantly streamlines our workflow. Building surveys and forms is both easy and intuitive, and the template feature is a major highlight. We are currently exploring the RLM add-on, which is proving to be a worthwhile investment. One area for improvement is the survey logic builder. While simple surveys are easy to create, building in complex conditional logic can be tricky and a bit clunky. It doesn't always feel as streamlined as the rest of the UI. I’d also love to see more documentation or 'short-cuts' for setting up these advanced flows to save time during the development phase.
