"Seamless Salesforce Integration, Intuitive Surveys, and Outstanding Support"

What do you like best about SurveyVista?

The Salesforce integration is seamless and significantly streamlines our workflow. Building surveys and forms is both easy and intuitive, and the template feature is a major highlight. We are currently exploring the RLM add-on, which is proving to be a worthwhile investment. Furthermore, the support team is consistently responsive and collaborative, and the company’s webinars are an excellent resource. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SurveyVista?

One area for improvement is the survey logic builder. While simple surveys are easy to create, building in complex conditional logic can be tricky and a bit clunky. It doesn't always feel as streamlined as the rest of the UI. I’d also love to see more documentation or 'short-cuts' for setting up these advanced flows to save time during the development phase.
