What do you like best about SurveyTool?

The pay per usage business model is a good concept Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SurveyTool?

It does not support phone usage which is a huge disadvantage. People use phone now and I believe they should bring in phone usage Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SurveyTool solving and how is that benefiting you?

I work in the retail Industry. So I create surveys for market research for new products. Can be used for organization voting as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
