What do you like best about SurveySensum?

The best thing about SurveySensum is it is easy to collect customer feedback across multiple channels. Also, this platform gives me strong analytics and sentiment analysis from the obtained survey, which is very helpful. This platform overall helps our team to understand the customer experience and pain points. Their dashboard makes it possible to visualise the customer scenario very clearly. What do you dislike about SurveySensum?

Even though their platform is very powerful, their interface needs to be refined, as it is very difficult to understand at the beginning. And their reporting and customisation features should also be made deeper in terms of effectiveness. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SurveySensum solving and how is that benefiting you?

This platform solves my problem of fragmented opinions by centralising all the customer feedback, with a feedback collection mechanism, which can be turned into actionable insights.
