For me, the standout feature of SurveySense has to be its intuitive interface. Even team members who aren't tech-savvy could dive in and create surveys without a steep learning curve. I'd appreciate if SurveySense introduced mandatory fields for comments and emails, particularly when feedback scores are below a set benchmark. This would help us in getting a clearer context for the scores. The design flexibility in the Multi-Question Surveys feels a tad restricted.
