What I like most about SurveyPro is how straightforward it is to create and manage surveys. The interface is easy to navigate, and collecting responses and reviewing results doesn’t take much time. Overall, it’s been reliable and works well for my basic survey needs.

**What do you dislike about SurveyPro?**

What I dislike is that parts of the interface feel a bit outdated, and it can take some time to track down certain settings. I also feel the reporting options could be more flexible. Aside from those points, it has been a reliable tool for creating and managing surveys.

**What problems is SurveyPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SurveyPro helps me collect feedback in a more organized way and saves me time compared with handling responses manually. It’s easier to create surveys, gather responses, and review results all in one place, which streamlines the entire feedback process. SurveyPro has changed the way we used to get information for our clients. It has a thorough questionnaire design, reporting and analytical tool. We easily integrated the database and update it without any difficulties. 

Overall, it has all the functionality and it's easy to use.

**What do you dislike about SurveyPro?**

Support agreements and cost are great but honestly the technical support team needs to work on the timings a bit. The occasional glitches creates hassles and delays in work sometimes and if the support service is faster it will help create a good experience.

SurveyPro has streamlined the way we collect and manage information with its comprehensive survey creation and distribution tools, user-friendly interface, and flexible training options.

The support team is responsive, but resolution times for technical issues could be faster — especially during peak hours. A live chat option would make troubleshooting more convenient.

Pricing is fair, but the advanced features are locked behind higher‑tier plans, which might be restrictive for smaller teams. A more flexible pricing model or pay‑per‑feature option would make the platform even more accessible.

I like that SurveyPro focuses on turning customer feedback into actionable insights, not just collecting data. A lot of companies gather surveys but don’t really use them effectively. SurveyPro seems to prioritize helping businesses actually improve their customer experience based on real feedback, which is something I value coming from a CX and operations background. I also like the emphasis on simplicity and usability—making it easy for both companies and their customers to engage with the platform.

**What do you dislike about SurveyPro?**

“I wouldn’t say there’s anything I strongly dislike, but one area that could be improved is how many survey platforms, including SurveyPro, can sometimes lead to survey fatigue if they’re not used strategically. If customers are asked for feedback too often or surveys are too long, response quality can drop. I think there’s always an opportunity to refine how feedback is collected—making it more targeted and actionable.

It’s solving the gap between collecting feedback and actually using it. SurveyPro helps turn raw data into insights with analytics and even suggested follow-ups, which means faster decisions, fewer errors, and a clearer view of customer pain points. SurveyPro is a practical app for collecting yes/no/maybe responses for a range of uses, including staff satisfaction checks, sales pitches, and official campaigns. It also breaks down responses by gender, address, and intention, presenting the results in colour-coded visuals. On top of that, it uses AI to analyse the data and suggest follow-up strategies based on the findings.

**What do you dislike about SurveyPro?**

The design feels dated, which makes navigation harder than it should be. Overall, it comes across as unintuitive and less efficient to use compared with more modern survey platforms.
Compared to newer alternatives, SurveyPro likely has fewer, less versatile features, making it feel less robust in a fast-evolving market.
Due to the outdated design and lack of sufficient tutorials, new users often struggle to learn the system.

I appreciate how SurveyPro seamlessly balances powerful functionality with straightforward usability, which is crucial in our fast-paced computer games studio. Unlike many enterprise-grade tools that require extensive training or technical setup, SurveyPro enables our team to build professional, branded surveys in minutes, even for team members without research or design experience. This ability allows us to quickly launch player feedback campaigns after updates, test new game concepts, or gather internal input without delaying development cycles. Additionally, the initial setup of SurveyPro was really straightforward and hassle-free, which is a big plus for us.

**What do you dislike about SurveyPro?**

While SurveyPro is reliable for most of our player and internal research, there are a few areas that don’t work as smoothly for our game studio workflow and could use improvement. One frustration is the limited customization for visual branding. We often want to match survey designs to our game’s style, including custom fonts, color schemes, and background graphics, but the platform restricts more advanced styling, making surveys feel less immersive for our players. One other area that regularly creates friction for our team is the limited collaboration and workflow features when multiple team members are working on the same survey. We often have designers, producers, and user researchers contributing to feedback campaigns, but the platform lacks real-time co-editing, clear version history, and simple approval workflows. This leads to confusion about which draft is final, occasional duplicate edits, and extra back-and-forth that slows down our ability to launch surveys quickly during tight game development cycles.

I use SurveyPro to replace scattered feedback methods, standardizing data collection for consistent responses. Its logic features help identify player pain points quickly, offering actionable insights. It balances functionality and usability, enabling us to launch feedback campaigns swiftly, even without extensive training.

**What do you like best about SurveyPro?**

I absolutely LOVE that it is simple and quick to create a survey, if that is what youre looking for. We like to poll our new clients who run campaigns with us shortly after we begin working for them. We maintain sending out regular surveys after we build a relationship with the client, asking if they would like to work in any of our other campaign areas that they may not have participated in prior. Really easy to make, if that is what youre looking for.

**What do you dislike about SurveyPro?**

There really isn’t much I dislike about surveypro. It’s very easy to use, and creating surveys is straightforward—almost enjoyable. Years ago, I used to take these surveys myself, and theirs always stood out to me. So, when our team decided to start polling our clients, surveypro was the first platform I considered.

**What problems is SurveyPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Well, it certainly addresses the question of what we should pitch to our clients next. We typically use the survey at the beginning of a new client relationship to demonstrate that we can surpass their expectations in the campaign we're working on together. After we've proven ourselves, we send out additional surveys to clients who are pleased with our performance. This helps reinforce the message that we deliver the same high quality in every campaign, not just theirs.
