We do not have any problem on the part of us with the interface, however at the time of creating some surveys there may be certain problems of latency problems in carrying out the survey or problems to create it this happens very little, but it can be annoying. It has solved several problems within the company before we used a different survey software but in manual mode where we distributed information to our employees and customers and manually read or take out a complete analysis of the questions, however it became a bit complicated to do it already that we were growing as a company and even more Wanting to help the environment and not using more paper, we decided to look for software that will help us implement a new way to create a survey and we find this one that allows us to do the surveys, but also allows us to answer the Surveys from any device.
