What do you like best about Surveyor?

I love that you can use the tool for more than just hearing and acting on customer feedback - it's also an excellent tool for employee engagement surveys and helps us make substantial changes in the work-environment whenever required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Surveyor?

It can be slightly tiresome to figure out everything and all the options on my own. Would appreciate a greater bank of educational & template content around the service, allowing me to use it to the maximum Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Surveyor solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is helping me scout, categorize and generally, keep my funnel going with fresh leads and actionable tasks that help us get closer to our customers and in-turn, close better and easier. Surveyor is helping me close that gap between a customer raising a ticket to the problem getting resolved when it reaches the officer 2 days later to mere seconds, as everything is automated.
