The only thing I dislike is that it keeps most of the important features locked behind the premium/paid account. The free subscription barely offers anything. It's too limited, for eg. one gets only 10 questions per survey. Initially, when I wanted to explore the platform, I was reluctant to pay for it but then it wasn't of much use with the free account therefore I ended up asking my company to pay for it. But then again, when the subscription expires, and if we don't require it much in that month/quarter then it doesn't make sense to pay for it but then the access to useful features, like advanced logic, layout customization, export options, etc. are all locked.
