What do you like best about SurveyMonkey?

Using the tool almost fro 4 years now and it never disappoint. It is easy to create survey questions and set rules as per the user response to receive the best results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SurveyMonkey?

Yes there is scope to improve the pricing. As there are lot of ai tool now I feel the plans are little expensive Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SurveyMonkey solving and how is that benefiting you?

All the surveys and quizzes conducted in our organization are done by SurveyMonkey. Using this tool it becomes easy to create surveys, quizzes and polls to get feedback from our customers and collect data from them. It is easy to create and adjust the survey logic. There is no doubt that this is the easiest tool of its kind that I ever used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
