What do you like best about SurveyMonkey?

SurveyMonkey helps us in garnering feedback from our clients and employees as well. It is highly incremental for us to assess the multitude of opinions and make informed business decisions. Also, it is so very easier to create, send and analyze surveys with this tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SurveyMonkey?

SurveyMonkey supports only a few file formats that tends to hinder its versatilty & overall functionality. Also, pricing structure of this software is somewhat expensive. The user is compelled to get into a subscription plan to use the key features including the access to the collected data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SurveyMonkey solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use SurveyMonkey across the board for building customer surveys & employee feedback reports. It helps us in creating long surveys with much ease and precision. The template library is abound allowing us to customize our surveys as per the needs & requirements. Quick analysis of the survey results is yet another merit of using SurveyMonkey.
