What do you like best about SurveyMonkey?

We have used SurveyMonkey a lot in our Company, especially throughout the pandemic. SurveyMonkey is user-friendly, easy design features, and to-the-point analytics and reporting. Their share features are also easy to use and implement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SurveyMonkey?

The thing I like the least about SurveyMonkey is that when you share a survey through their email share feature, it often ends up in members' junk mailbox. I have found no way around this, so instead, I just create a share link and share the Survey myself through an email marketing platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SurveyMonkey solving and how is that benefiting you?

Especially through the pandemic, we were able to capture the comfort level of our members to guide our decision-making with safety rules and regulations. We also use it to gauge interest of programs, services, and events. This allows us to strategically plan events/programs with data to support if we think they will succeed.
