What do you like best about SurveyMonkey?

Beyond the easy, intuitive survey creation, I really like the fact that I can track that the survey email was delivered and whether or not an individual completed the survey. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SurveyMonkey?

I dislike the fact that some of the more advanced features require a greater and greater subscription. Just felt like when there was something I needed and couldn't do it was because I hadn't spent enough on the subscription yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SurveyMonkey solving and how is that benefiting you?

I needed a tool to create and share surveys for the varied roles that I server. I use SurveyMonkey for my business to poll customers about the desirability of features/benefits and also promotions. I used it in my capacity as a non=profit board chair to solicit input on the organization's executive director's review as well as to collect feedback on how well the board is functioning as a whole. It is invaluable in soliciting timely, anonymous feedback on a variety of issues. The fact that I can collect quantitative and qualitative data and have it summarized in a very sharable report is icing on the cake. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
