I find it very easy to use, and I really like how it automatically suggests the kinds of answers I should include for each question. I also appreciate having different views, along with the option to export to Excel. Another feature I like is that I can copy entire surveys and customize the link name to fit what I need. I’m not a fan of the dashboard feature because it isn’t very intuitive, and after a while I stopped trying to use it. My biggest complaint, though, is the export to Excel feature. I really like having the option to export, but it still takes me a long time to turn the raw data into something that’s actually usable. In particular, I don’t like how multiple-choice questions come through in the export. The price is also high for users like me who usually only does 3-5 surveys per year.
