What I appreciate most is how quickly a survey can be put together. The interface doesn't feel overly complicated, and I can focus on the questions rather than spending too much time learning the software. For straightforward surveys, I haven't found the limitations particularly difficult, but users looking for highly advanced customization or deeper reporting may want more options.
