"Simple, Customizable Surveys with Fast Setup and Smart Analysis"

What do you like best about SurveyLegend?

Its interface is very simple and easy to customise to your needs. There’s no need to learn hefty software—just choose from the given options like single choice, multiple choice, dropdown, etc., and create your survey.

Once, a client asked me to collect customer opinions through a survey. I didn’t have any previous knowledge, but I integrated with SurveyLegend and, within 5 minutes, made an opinion poll.

There’s no need to do anything extra: it can be shared easily with anyone. With its intelligent survey analysis feature, you can get the survey data analysis without having to go through everything, and you can also check individual responses if needed.

The cost is also very affordable, so it doesn’t empty your pocket, and it gives you good results without any hassle. I’ve created multiple surveys for different clients, and it worked smoothly each time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SurveyLegend?

For the free mode, it only gives 3 trials, which is very few. Also, sometimes when I upload a picture, it shows an error, which is irritating. I’d also like to see more customization options, such as a background image and 3D effects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SurveyLegend solving and how is that benefiting you?

Earlier, getting customer opinions was difficult and costly because we had to call or message each customer individually. With the survey option, it’s much simpler and more affordable, and we can receive custom responses as well.

One of my clients runs a weekly magazine. Previously, they used to send an email after every release and didn’t get responses back. Now, they simply include a survey with the email and they get feedback and suggestions.

Overall, the main problem it solves is collecting clear, crisp customer feedback at cheaper rates, and then analysing a large customer set in much less time—something that earlier took days or hours just to count and compile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
