What do you like best about SurveyLab?

Definitely the range of different types of questions (and easily implemented) that I can create by just drag and drop, plus customizing the colour schema and everything. I also like the reporting and analytical tools (graphs) that they provide. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SurveyLab?

The features are so much and it is difficult to know sometimes what each feature does. The UI of the platform can also be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SurveyLab solving and how is that benefiting you?

I majorly use it to create interactive surveys for our company if we want to push some survey for our internal staff or external customers about their feedback. Their abilitity to create different types of questions, use conditional logic and viewing advanced real time data and reports is amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
