What do you like best about SurveyKiwi?

What I like most about SurveyKiwi is how simple and user-friendly the platform feels. Creating surveys and customizing templates is fast and straightforward, even for someone who isn’t very technical. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, which makes it convenient for collecting customer feedback and handling basic survey responses efficiently. What do you dislike about SurveyKiwi?

One area that could be improved is offering more advanced customization and reporting features in the basic version. When using the platform for the first time, some settings and analytics options take a bit of time to find and fully understand. SurveyKiwi helps us collect customer feedback and responses in a far more organized way. Rather than managing everything manually, all the responses are kept in one place, which saves time and makes tracking much easier.
