What do you like best about SurveyKiwi?

I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content, so in my daily work I need to take regular feedback from patients and track their progress after giving diet plans. I have recently started using SurveyKiwi for this purpose, and it is helping me keep responses in a more organized way. What I like best is it is very simple to use, I did not need any learning, just open and start creating survey. Setup is quick, I made full form in few minutes only. It has simple builder where I can add questions, change order and keep flow clear, which is useful in my work.

i use it for follow-ups so slowly it is becoming part of My daily routine. It has useful features like multiple choice, short answer and different question types, which help me ask proper and structured questions. I can also check all responses in one place and see them anytime, so it makes tracking easier. Sharing is also easy, I just send link and patient can fill it on phone also, so it is convenient. This helps me collect feedback without extra effort. Customer support I did not use till now because tool is simple and working fine.

Performance is good, form open fast and work smooth, I did not see any lag till now. Overall I recently started using it but it is helping me manage patient feedback and progress in simple and clear way without making work complicated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SurveyKiwi?

Because it is simple, some advanced customization options feel limited, like very detailed design or deep settings are not much there. For my work it is fine, but for more advanced use it can feel basic. Also, advanced options like detailed reports or deeper analytics are basic, so if someone needs more detailed data it may feel limited. What problems is SurveyKiwi solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is solving the problem of collecting proper and structured feedback in one place. In my work I need to check patient progress after giving diet plan, and without a proper system it becomes confusing. With this tool I can create simple survey and ask all important questions in one form, so everything stays clear and organized.

It also helps me get responses in real time, I can see what patient is doing and what problem they are facing without waiting. This makes my follow-up more clear and I can take better decisions based on actual responses. another benefit is it saves time, because I just share one link and patient can fill it on their own. I don’t need to ask same questions again and again. It also supports different question types and simple flow, so I can design survey according to my work.

it also helps me understand patterns, like who is following diet properly and who is not, so I can improve guidance in next follow up. All responses come in one place and I can review them anytime, so no confusion. Overall it is helping me make my work more organized, save time and manage patient progress in better and simple way.
