What I like most is how little friction there is in just getting the work done. I got a survey up fast, with no tutorial needed, and I did not have to stop and learn a whole new system before the tool started being useful. The responses come back clean and organized and easy to work with, so I can get to reading what people said instead of cleaning up a mess. I can customize a survey enough that it feels on brand instead of like a stock form, and underneath all of that it has just been reliable and easy to trust for the year I have used it. The design quality is uneven, and that is really my whole complaint. Some templates and design options look polished and ready to go - you can tell somebody thought about how they would look to the person filling the survey out. Others look cheap and generic, the kind of thing that makes the whole survey feel thrown together even when the questions are good. The person answering only sees the design, so if that looks cheap it reflects on me, not on SurveyHero. It just does not hit on all of them, and when the best designs on the same platform prove they can get it right, the weaker ones are harder to excuse. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
