What do you like best about SurveyHero?

What I like best about SurveyHero is its clean and intuitive interface. As a student, I found it easy to understand how to create and manage surveys without needing much time to learn the platform. The survey setup process is straightforward, and the overall design makes it easy to navigate between different options. I also appreciate that SurveyHero offers a student account, which makes a professional survey tool more accessible for academic research and university projects. What do you dislike about SurveyHero?

One area that could be improved is the onboarding experience for new users. The interface is generally clear, but it would be helpful to have more guided examples or templates specifically for academic research and student projects. I would also appreciate clearer explanations of which advanced features are included in each plan, so it is easier to understand the differences before starting a survey. What problems is SurveyHero solving and how is that benefiting you?

SurveyHero helps me collect structured primary data for academic research without having to build survey forms from scratch. As a graduate student, this is useful for coursework and research projects where I may need to gather responses, organize the data consistently, and prepare it for quantitative analysis.
