What do you like best about SurveyHero?

I've been juggling between different online survey platforms for my school project, but SurveyHero really stands out: its menu is really straightforward and presents all the item options in a single column. It only took me about ten minutes to set up my survey. As a student, I needed something practical to use with clean-looking results, and SurveyHero does just that. What do you dislike about SurveyHero?

Honestly, the platform is not really clear on what is included and what is not on their free plan: there is a 30-day survey expiration and you can't create customized themes. I understand these limitations and they are pretty reasonable ones, but I would have valued a pop-up when setting up my account that informed me of what I could and couldn't do Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SurveyHero solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a student near its time limit, I needed to create a survey as fast as possible with different types of items while maintaining a professional look. My context requires me to implement the survey in both my country's language as well as a regional one. SurveyHero is the only platform I found that checked all these boxes.
