I like that their classification of profiles for answering is good, as there are very few times when you can't participate or are removed. It helps me feel like I'm part of something that contributes to the future or to improvements that can be applied, or at least to give opinions on programs. I also feel that the opinions of all the people who contribute are valued by large companies. Furthermore, I believe that the time you spend answering is compensated in a fair way and that when you have to contribute, they also make you expand your response.
