What do you like best about Surge AI?

It focuses on producing accurate, usable data rather than just generating large volumes of it. From an ops standpoint, I appreciate anything that can make complicated processes more efficient without sacrificing quality. What do you dislike about Surge AI?

The experience isn’t very intuitive. Some of the workflows take time to get comfortable with, and I think better visibility throughout the process would make it easier for new users to understand what’s happening and get value faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Surge AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

It improves the quality and reliability of AI outputs. In ops, bad data leads to bad decisions, so having a way to improve accuracy both going into models and coming out of them is really helpful.
